Simply put.

“Nothing is there, Mr. K.”, she said, “the MRI is clean.”

The written report was slightly more clinical  – “No new soft tissue mass…no other significant interval change…”

Almost oxymoronic…there’s nothing there.

After sending out my holiday emails to clients, I also sent them to my doctors and their staffs (they all had given me their emails when I first met them). The response from my radiation oncologist said it all:

“I’m sure Thanksgiving will be an especially nice day to celebrate this year.”

Yes it will.  Thanks giving.
